You went through so much loss at a young age. It's really no wonder why you turned to alcohol to cope. I am so sorry you lost so many family members. And yes, better late than never. My mom never got it - she lost her mom at 16 and I know that started her downhill fall that she never climbed out of and is in her 70s. So you get to have a lot of sober, happy, and healthy days ahead. <3
