You're hilarious and I appreciate the honesty! I don't really size people up at the store because I want in and out as quickly as possible, hoping not to run into anyone that I know and have to talk to! But, that being said, when I do see someone attractive, of course I notice it but I don't rate on a 1-10 in my head. To me you are hot, mildly hot, or not very hot ;)
